The underlying co-expression architecture has been extensively evaluated across published intervention and disease datasets — including systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (sJIA) under IL-1 blockade, clinical sepsis, Crohn’s disease under anti-TNF therapy, and viral versus bacterial infection differentiation.
