Do I need a doctor’s order?
No. One Health Labs offers direct consumer ordering — no prescription or doctor’s order required. We provide a complete, easy-to-understand report and encourage you to share your results with your prescribing healthcare provider to help them optimize your care.
How much does it cost?
Our GLP-1 Baseline Package is $600 (one-time) and includes 2 test nodes. For ongoing tracking, our GLP-1 Continuous Monitoring subscription starts with the same $600 baseline, then adds $250 per subsequent node at your chosen cadence (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly). Subscription billing is deferred until your Node 2 report is ready. Mobile phlebotomy and shipping are included in all pricing.
How does sample collection work?
We use at-home mobile phlebotomy exclusively. A certified phlebotomist comes to your home for a quick blood draw (under 10 minutes). We do not accept in-person lab visits. Mobile phlebotomy is available nationwide across the United States.
How long until I get results?
Results are delivered within 20 to 30 days via a secure notification to your personal dashboard. You’ll be notified as soon as your report is ready to review.
What is the personal dashboard?
Your personal dashboard is a secure web application where you log in to view your transcriptomic results and see how your markers are trending across pathways. As our offerings expand, the dashboard will become even more comprehensive.
What GLP-1 medications are supported?
Our testing supports Ozempic (semaglutide), Wegovy (semaglutide), Mounjaro (tirzepatide), Zepbound (tirzepatide), and other GLP-1 receptor agonists. The molecular pathways we monitor are relevant across all currently available GLP-1 therapies.
Where is testing available?
Our at-home mobile phlebotomy service is available across most of the United States. Due to Direct Access Testing (DAT) regulations, we are currently unable to serve patients in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and California. We’re actively working to expand coverage to these states.
