Privacy Policy
How Biomeme Labs collects, uses, safeguards, and respects your personal and molecular data.
Our Core Privacy Promise
Biomeme Labs is operated by Biomeme, Inc., a CLIA-certified molecular diagnostics laboratory (CLIA ID # 39D2229561). We treat your personal, genetic, and transcriptomic data with the highest medical laboratory standards. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal or molecular data to third parties, data brokers, or advertisers.
1. Introduction
Biomeme Labs ("Biomeme Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), a testing laboratory and service of Biomeme, Inc. located at 401 N Broad St, Suite 222, Philadelphia, PA 19108, is committed to safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of individuals who visit our website (onehealthlabs.com), purchase our molecular testing panels, utilize our mobile phlebotomy services, or access our Member Dashboard.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, process, and disclose information when you interact with our services, as well as your rights concerning your personal and health-related data.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with our platform and testing services, we collect several categories of information:
A. Personal & Contact Information
When you order a test series or contact us, we collect your first and last name, email address, physical shipping address, phone number, and billing details.
B. Demographic & Verification Details
We collect your date of birth and state of residence to confirm testing eligibility (minimum age 18), comply with state-specific direct-access laboratory testing regulations, and ensure positive specimen identification.
C. Biological Specimens & Molecular Data
When your blood sample is collected by a certified mobile phlebotomist and received at our CLIA-certified laboratory, we process the specimen using stranded whole-transcriptome RNA sequencing and transcriptomic analysis. We generate raw molecular metrics, gene expression scores (mRNA transcript levels), and longitudinal pathway engagement trends. Specimen vials are tracked through an anonymized laboratory barcoding system.
D. Payment Information
Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full credit card or debit card numbers on our servers. Stripe processes payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.
E. Technical & Device Data
We automatically collect standard log data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and interaction timestamps to ensure security, prevent fraud, and optimize web performance.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect solely for legitimate healthcare, laboratory, and business purposes, including:
- Laboratory Testing & Analysis: Processing your blood specimen, performing RNA extraction and gene expression quantification, and producing your molecular report.
- Logistics & Phlebotomy: Coordinating at-home specimen collection with our 42-state mobile phlebotomy network and shipping collection kits.
- Dashboard Delivery: Generating your password-protected Member Dashboard displaying your molecular baseline, transcriptomic trends, and longitudinal pathway scores.

- Stored data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
- Laboratory specimens are de-identified and tracked through randomized alphanumeric barcode identifiers.
- Access to member data within Biomeme Labs is restricted to authorized laboratory and clinical personnel on a strict need-to-know basis.
6. Specimen Retention & Disposal
Biological specimens sent to Biomeme Labs are processed for the requested transcriptomic panels. Residual biological samples are retained only as required by applicable CLIA clinical laboratory retention regulations for quality assurance and verification, after which they are bio-safely decommissioned and destroyed in accordance with medical waste protocols.
