Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using Biomeme Labs response monitoring testing services.
Important Medical Disclaimer
Biomeme Labs provides direct-access molecular response monitoring for wellness and educational purposes. Our tests, reports, and dashboard trends do not constitute medical advice, medical diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Biomeme Labs is a CLIA-certified testing laboratory, not your treating physician. You should never alter, increase, reduce, or stop any prescribed medication (including GLP-1 receptor agonists such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound) without the direct guidance of your prescribing healthcare provider.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our website (onehealthlabs.com), ordering a test panel, scheduling mobile phlebotomy, or viewing results on the Biomeme Labs dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access our services.
2. Nature of Services & Wellness Scope
Biomeme Labs operates a high-complexity, CLIA-certified laboratory (CLIA ID # 39D2229561) located in Philadelphia, PA, utilizing proprietary stranded whole-transcriptome RNA sequencing and transcriptomic profiling technology developed by Biomeme, Inc.
Our GLP-1 Response Monitoring program measures cellular mRNA gene expression across specific inflammatory, antiviral, and resolution pathways. These results establish your initial molecular baseline and track longitudinal cellular activity. The services provided by Biomeme Labs are wellness and response tracking tools designed to provide objective cellular data to inform conversations between you and your healthcare provider.
3. Eligibility & Geographic Availability
To purchase and use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a United States jurisdiction where direct-access laboratory testing is permitted under state law.
Certain states (including CA, CT, MA, MD, NJ, NY, PA, and RI, depending on state direct-access testing regulations) restrict consumer direct ordering of laboratory testing without an independent physician order. We enforce geographic screening during the ordering process. Attempting to circumvent geographic eligibility restrictions is a violation of these Terms.
4. Pricing, Subscriptions & Billing Terms
We offer direct-purchase wellness monitoring under two transparent structures:
GLP-1 Baseline Package ($600 one-time)
Includes your complete 2-node initial testing series (Node 1 Baseline + Node 2 Initial Response), all collection materials, certified mobile phlebotomy visits, CLIA laboratory analysis, and lifetime dashboard access for those results.
Continuous Monitoring Subscription ($600 + $250/node)
Begins with your $600 baseline package, followed by ongoing longitudinal tracking nodes at $250 per subsequent node billed at your selected cadence (Monthly, Bimonthly, or Quarterly). Mobile phlebotomy and sample shipment are included in all subscription nodes.
Deferred Subscription Billing: For Continuous Monitoring subscriptions, billing for ongoing nodes ($250 per node) begins only after your Node 2 baseline results are delivered to your dashboard. You will not be charged for subscription nodes during your initial 2-node baseline period.
Automatic Billing: Following the baseline period, you authorize Biomeme Labs to automatically charge your designated payment method $250 per node on a recurring basis corresponding to your chosen interval.
Cancellation Anytime: You may pause, adjust cadence, or cancel your subscription at any time without penalty by managing your account in the dashboard or emailing support@onehealthlabs.com at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date.
5. Mobile Phlebotomy & Specimen Collection
Specimen collection is conducted via certified mobile phlebotomists who travel to your home or office. Upon receipt of your collection kit, you schedule an appointment window through our dispatch interface:
- Appointment Rescheduling: You may reschedule an appointment free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a $45 re-dispatch fee.
- Compromised Samples & Redraws: If a collected sample is hemolyzed, compromised during transit, or contains insufficient RNA yield for analysis, Biomeme Labs will provide a complimentary replacement collection kit and coordinate a redraw at no additional cost.
6. Laboratory Processing & Results Delivery
Laboratory results are typically finalized within ~1 month following receipt of your blood specimen at our Philadelphia facility. Results are delivered securely through your encrypted Biomeme Labs dashboard. While we strive to meet standard turnaround windows, turnaround times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to re-testing requirements or laboratory quality controls.
7. Refund & Order Cancellation Policy
- Before Specimen Collection: If you cancel your order after your collection kit has shipped but before a mobile phlebotomy blood draw has occurred, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 shipping, materials, and handling fee.
- After Specimen Collection: Once your blood specimen has been drawn by a phlebotomist and sent to the laboratory for processing, orders are non-refundable due to the immediate expenditure of custom reagents and clinical labor.
8. Intellectual Property & Technology
All content, trademarks, logos, stranded whole-transcriptome RNA sequencing and transcriptomic profiling technology, gene expression scoring algorithms, and software interfaces on this website and dashboard are the exclusive intellectual property of Biomeme, Inc. and Biomeme Labs. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to view your individual test results.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Biomeme Labs, Biomeme, Inc., its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the services, your interpretation of test results, or decisions made regarding prescription medications without professional medical advice. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific test series in dispute.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
